Created for James & Rebecca’s country rustic wedding, this bespoke sugar flower arrangement was designed to capture the beauty of the countryside with a soft, natural elegance. Featuring handcrafted wild berries, textured foliage, eucalyptus, ferns, acorns, blackberries, feathers and woodland-inspired details, the arrangement combined rich earthy tones with delicate botanical elements to perfectly complement the couple’s rustic wedding style.

After the wedding, the flowers were carefully reimagined into a freestanding keepsake display, allowing James & Rebecca to preserve a meaningful piece of their special day forever. Designed not just as cake flowers, but as lasting art, the arrangement became a beautiful reminder of the celebration, filled with personal memories and handcrafted detail.

Created for a bride who wanted something bold, joyful and completely different from the traditional wedding palette, this striking sugar flower arrangement was designed to bring together modern elegance with a romantic garden feel. The brief was to create florals that felt fresh and artistic rather than overly formal, using soft coral tones, ivory roses and trailing greenery to frame the cake naturally. Debbie designed the flowers to appear as though they were growing organically around the tiers, giving the cake a modern editorial feel while still keeping a romantic softness.

These festive sugar flowers were created for a client hosting an elegant Christmas dinner party for family and friends. Wanting a centrepiece cake that felt luxurious, seasonal and full of warmth, the client asked for sugar flowers that captured the magic of Christmas without feeling overly traditional or kitsch.

Debbie designed a dramatic handcrafted poinsettia as the focal flower, layering rich crimson tones through the petals to create depth and realism inspired by fresh winter blooms. Delicate holly, winter berries and flowing mistletoe were added to bring movement and a subtle woodland feel to the arrangement, creating a design that felt both festive and refined. The flowers were designed to sweep naturally across the top and side of the cake, giving the impression that they had been freshly gathered from a winter garden.

These striking sugar flowers were created by Debbie for a milestone birthday celebration where the client wanted the cake to be a true showstopper and focal point of the event. Set against dramatic deep blue tiers with subtle gold detailing, the vibrant handcrafted florals were designed to bring warmth, movement and bold colour contrast to the contemporary cake design.

Inspired by rich autumn tones, Debbie combined delicate cosmos flowers, a statement dahlia, textured berries, flowing foliage and a romantic garden rose to create a luxurious cascading arrangement full of depth and energy. The burnt oranges, golden yellows and warm reds were chosen to reflect the atmosphere of the celebration while adding a sense of elegance and drama.

Every flower, berry and leaf was individually handcrafted by hand, with careful attention paid to colour variation, petal movement and realistic detailing. The finished floral arrangement transformed the cake into a real centrepiece for the celebration — bold, artistic and impossible to overlook.
